Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the inside sales team.
  • Manage the inside sales department to ensure that team members consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Implement and uphold corporate sales strategies within the Inside Sales Team.
  • Provide transparent leadership and communication regarding current prospects, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
  • Enhance and refine inside sales processes to optimize team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a medium-sized customer portfolio.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction throughout all sales interactions.
  • Review and adjust inside sales territory assignments as necessary.
  • Authorize credits, charges, and special shipping requests.
  • Develop and execute strategic objectives that align with corporate goals.
  • Conduct interviews, hire, and train new team members.
  • Deliver sales reports and insights to the executive management team.
  • Coordinate and oversee repair and maintenance tasks performed by technicians and contractors.
  • Exhibit the behavioral competencies and skills necessary to achieve the desired outcomes of the organization.
  • Foster a collaborative and team-oriented culture across all departments within EFC International.
  • Act as the point of contact for office improvements and vendor relations.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Directly supervise a team of 5-10 non-supervisory employees in the Inside Sales Department, executing supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and legal regulations. This includes interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and addressing employee concerns.

Qualifications:
