Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at IQVIA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Foot & Ankle (F&A) segment. You will work closely with our Regional Sales Manager to create and execute business plans, target new accounts, and increase sales with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Expertise: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our F&A product portfolio, including new products and competitive offerings.
  • Sales and Business Development: Spearhead the selling of our F&A product portfolio to new accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales with existing customers.
  • Clinical Relationships: Establish and build strong relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators to promote our products and services.
  • Case Coverage: Provide support to F&A surgeons/DPMs and OR personnel during surgical cases, as required.
  • Field Calls: Perform F&A field calls for accounts and assigned territories, including on-call and operating/emergency room consultations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials in proper condition and use them to support territory efforts.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to create and execute business plans, target new accounts, and increase sales with existing customers.
  • Administrative Duties: Complete required administrative and other duties accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
  • Experience and Skills: The ability to work in a lab/operating room environment, strong interpersonal communication skills, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of selling, account management or related experience, podiatry experience preferred.

  • Competitive Compensation: The potential base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 annually.
