Licensed Practical Nurse Role

Covenant Health Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinic team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The annual salary for this role is approximately $60,000-$70,000, based on market rates and location. As an LPN with Covenant Health Inc., you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional clinical care to patients receiving treatments and examination in an outpatient clinical setting
- Triage patient phone calls and urgency of appointments
- Ensure accuracy of recording on patient medical records
Qualifications:
- License as an LPN in the state of Tennessee
- Ability to use office and medical equipment, including stethoscopes, EKG machines, and basic lab equipment
