We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a leader in providing resident care. In this role, you will coordinate the care of our residents, supervise nursing assistants, and report to physicians and supervisors any changes in residents' health conditions.

About the Job:
  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year
  • You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our residents
  • You will be responsible for supervising nursing assistants and reporting any concerns or changes in residents' health conditions to physicians and supervisors
  • You will have opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment

In this role, you will also be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, such as documenting patient information, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care possible.
