Job Summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is searching for a Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility.

About the Role
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific needs and collect data from health care members to analyze and interpret patient information.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that prioritize patient outcomes and integrate nursing interventions.
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Full command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • One year prior Long Term Care (LTC) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
  • Current BLS card and successful completion of screening tests for the clinical specialty area(s).
