Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient conditions and take vital signs and weight.
  • Administer medications per provider order and policy.
  • Collaborate with other care team members to ensure accurate documentation and communication.
  • Provide basic patient care as ordered.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate recording of patient medical records.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed as an LPN in the state of Tennessee.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification required.
