- Knowledge and Skills: Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant preferred.
