About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Professional Office Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations in Los Angeles. This is a full-time opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance/Executive Assistant in multiple assignments of different activities and tasks associated with Administration.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree or two years of experience in an administrative function.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • A valid California Driver's license with clean records and access to insured automobile.
  • Completion of DOJ background check.
