Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care and Support: Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility.
  • Home Management: Oversee the daily operations of assigned homes, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on individual support plans, protocols, and best practices.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, support plans, and staff training.
  • Community Integration: Assist clients with community integration, including transportation, appointments, and social activities.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2 years of caregiving experience, preferably in intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • License and Certification: Valid driver's license required.
