Position Overview

Navistar is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow business with existing and new Fleet Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business growth and margin expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Fleet customers, Navistar's Dealer Distribution Network, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team and Dealers to develop local sales plans and execute sales strategies.
  • Lead, train, and develop outside sales teams to achieve business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 8 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of lead experience.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to execute complex projects and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Navistar offers a competitive total rewards package, including a salary range of $99K - 125K per year, commensurate with skills, knowledge, and experience.
