About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating inaugural university partnerships and improving outreach and recruitment operations for our 8 schools in Philadelphia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an outreach strategy that builds brand awareness, maximizes exposure, and drives application volume.
  • Collaborate with external impact teams to plan and manage marketing campaigns, including social media, advertising, and event planning.
  • Research, register for, and represent our team at local and national career fairs, hiring events, and university fairs.
  • Design, launch, and lead internal and external recruitment events to increase applicant volume and engage prospective teachers/staff members.
  • Maintain a library of job descriptions, selection materials, and other team-critical documents.
  • Provide flexible support to recruiters during peak hiring season, including sourcing new candidates, screening resumes, and conducting reference checks.
Qualifications
  • Commitment to the KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools mission and a belief in the potential of all children to succeed.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to project manage and juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree and non-profit and/or education-related experience preferred.
What We Offer
  • Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $60,000 to $72,000.
