This position entails performing administrative functions within a field office environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing incoming correspondence and phone inquiries, managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as conducting Job Cost Reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
  • Creating new job entries in JD Edwards
  • Organizing job documentation for review
  • Keeping vendor lists up to date
  • Ensuring adherence to vendor compliance requirements
  • Reconciling monthly Accounts Payable statements
  • Maintaining customer files
  • Participating in required training sessions
