About the Role

As a Solution Sales Strategy Executive - Revenue Integrity, you will be responsible for bringing industry expertise and advisement to med and large strategic clients and prospects. You will assess and analyze client organization's culture and dynamics to customize delivery of HIS solutions to clients across the United States in collaboration with account sales teams.

You will collaborate with account teams to design and present solutions for complex and multi-faceted clients using revenue cycle expertise driven by clinical documentation specifically in the areas of provider/payer contracting, reimbursement and claims denials. Your goal will be to achieve overall sales objectives, partnered with the account sales teams, by providing strategic positioning of revenue integrity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bringing industry expertise and advisement to med and large strategic clients and prospects
  • Assessing and analyzing client organization's culture and dynamics to customize delivery of HIS solutions
  • Collaborating with account teams to design and present solutions for complex and multi-faceted clients
  • Achieving overall sales objectives by providing strategic positioning of revenue integrity solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree or higher and seven (7+) years of healthcare revenue cycle or health information technology and/or consulting services in a private, public, government or military environment. Alternatively, you can have a High School Diploma/GED from and fourteen (14) years of healthcare revenue cycle or health information technology and/or consulting services in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed in this role include proficiency in data analysis to interpret client revenue cycle data and translate insights into actionable strategies, interpreting and explaining ROI and positioning solutions. You should also have 2-3 years of affordability experience at a health plan/insurance company and the ability to continuously evaluate denial prevention processes and implementing improvements.
