Senior Equipment Finance Sales Executive

Altius Search Group is seeking a seasoned Equipment Finance Sales Executive to join our client's team in Nashville, TN. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting daily for new clients, maintaining a scheduled calling program, and identifying areas of competition and potential new markets. Your target audience will be Chief Financial Officers of privately-owned or publicly-owned companies with revenues of $100MM+. You will structure equipment transactions ranging from $1MM to $50MM on average and manage existing relationships with middle-market companies. Additionally, you will work with the marketing team to execute database marketing initiatives and assist in managing the customer relationship from initial contact to funding. Requirements include a minimum of 5+ years of successful track record in Equipment Finance Sales, proficiency in most aspects of finance, and excellent understanding of the equipment finance marketplace. A BA/BS degree with a preferred emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is also required. Responsibilities:
- Prospect daily for new clients
- Maintain a scheduled calling program with clients and prospects
- Identify and address areas of competition and potential new markets
- Target calling efforts directed towards Chief Financial Officers of privately-owned or publicly-owned companies with revenues of $100MM+
- Structure equipment transactions ranging from $1MM to $50MM on average
- Manage existing relationships with middle-market companies
- Manage all financing opportunities, keeping personal pipeline current and up-to-date
- Visit accounts and prospects
- Coordinate with marketing team to execute database marketing initiatives
- Identify and qualify equipment lease and finance transactions
- Work with management to analyze, price, and structure transactions
- Assist in managing the customer relationship from initial contact to funding
