About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Floorcovering Management and Sales team as a Floorcovering Management and Sales Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our floorcovering facilities, developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our floorcovering facilities, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for process improvements and new initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations, preferably in the floorcovering industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
