Position Overview:
As a crucial part of WITRON Service America, the Automated Systems Support Specialist plays a key role in our Operations Team.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage an advanced automated material handling system, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and operate the TCRA/HBW/SEB sections of the automated system.
  • Identify and rectify faults in automated material handling equipment within a high-paced production setting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve material flow challenges in the system.
  • Maintain the system through effective management and clearing of products, packaging, and carrier materials.
  • Engage in daily physical activities, including climbing, walking, and standing.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience with material handling automation in a warehouse environment.
  • Operational knowledge gained from previous roles.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Basic computer skills and a practical approach to learning new technologies.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
Work Schedule:

This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including both first and second shifts, as operations run seven days a week.

Physical Demands:

Candidates must be able to:

  • Work at heights.
  • Engage in continuous walking, climbing, and standing.
  • Lifting, pulling, and pushing weights of up to 50 lbs.
