Requirements:
- Active Ohio Educational Aide Permit or willingness to attain a permit.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- 179-day contract for 7 hours per day.
