We are in search of enthusiastic and driven professionals to enhance our Operations Team. As an essential contributor within our distribution center, you will oversee and manage a sophisticated automated material handling system, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. If you excel in a dynamic setting and possess a knack for troubleshooting, this role is tailored for you.
Position Summary
The System Support Technician is expected to be a proactive and self-motivated individual, ready to demonstrate their capabilities in a technical support role. You will engage in the maintenance and operation of an automated material handling system. This position offers the opportunity for qualified candidates to explore and utilize various technologies in an innovative atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations in TCRA/HBW/SEB sections of the system.
- Address and rectify faults in automated material handling equipment within a high-paced production setting.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to material flow within the system.
- Maintain the system through effective management and clearing of products, packaging, and carrier materials.
- Daily climbing tasks are required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience with automation in a material handling environment.
- Operational familiarity within the facility.

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Practical mindset with a willingness to acquire new skills.

Work Schedule & Requirements
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including 1st and 2nd shifts, operating 7 days a week.
Physical Demands
- Ability to work at heights.
- Continuous walking, climbing, and standing.
- Capability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
