Position Summary:

High-Tec Industrial Services, Inc. (HTI) is seeking safety-oriented individuals to engage in hands-on field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Prioritizing Health and Safety at all times.
  • Collaborating with designated company representatives to learn and adhere to all safety, operational, and company regulations and responsibilities.
  • Hands-on operation of manual and automated hydro-blasting equipment and vacuum truck operations.
  • Assisting in the setup and dismantling of job sites.
  • Executing all tasks as directed by supervisors or leadership personnel.

Qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are highly preferred.
  • Must possess reliable transportation.
  • Must demonstrate a strong safety consciousness and work ethic.
  • Ability to work varied hours and be available on an on-call basis, including some limited travel.
  • Ensure that equipment and company property are maintained in optimal condition.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment, random, and/or post-accident/injury substance abuse screenings.
  • Use of respirators (including fit testing) may be required based on specific project safety needs.
  • Ability to recognize and respond to emergency signals and instructions.
  • Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to repetitively lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and crawl.
  • Ability to work in extreme conditions such as heat, cold, dust, and wet environments for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces and tight quarters.
  • Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment such as respirators, safety glasses, approved steel-toe footwear, coveralls, and hearing protection.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and work from stationary platforms at elevated heights.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and variable shifts as needed.
