Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and develop sales forecasts.
  • Marketing Support: Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote our products and services.
  • Tendering Process: Manage and negotiate complex tendering processes, from implementing proper costing processes to preparing documentation submissions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the capital equipment industry.
  • Qualifications: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business goals, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, organized, and track record of closing 20-50 deals a year.
