Job Summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Irvine, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets through effective territory management and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Networking industry or related industry experience preferred.
  • Recommended minimum 2 years college or sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.
  • Strong oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn and retain product-specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers.
  • Familiarity in measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM.
  • Based in Irvine, CA.
