Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Specialist to join our team at Extrity Services. As a Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Security Protocols: Develop and implement effective security protocols to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Monitor Activities: Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter unauthorized activities, and monitor security equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Respond to Incidents: Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Document Incidents: Accurately document security incidents, including preparing detailed reports and providing timely information to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with Site Supervisors, Field Supervisors, and Regional Managers to ensure seamless communication and effective incident response.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in security operations, with a focus on risk management and incident response.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of security equipment, access control procedures, and emergency protocols.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically in high-stress situations.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. security management, law enforcement) preferred.
