Job Summary

Advantage SCI is seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team. As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer service and guidance to our customers and external agency customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process outgoing clearance certifications messages.
  • Process incoming visit certifications and validate SCI accesses of visitors.
  • Perform various badging functions and update personnel security systems.
  • Schedule and conduct SCI indoctrinations/debriefs, and upload related documents.
  • Process Personal Electronic Devices (PED) and systems access requests.
  • Issue badges and CACs, and perform badging activities.
  • Submit outgoing clearance requests.
  • Process systems access requests.
  • Respond to routine security questions and provide status updates.
  • Identify personnel requiring polygraph and investigation updates.
  • Train unit security officers in security databases and tools.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and pass CI Poly.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral reporting skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Experience working in DIA a plus.
  • Valid certification of completion in PII and Cyber Awareness Challenge.
Working Conditions
  • Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods.
  • Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach.
  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
  • Low to moderate noise level.
