Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Security Specialist to enhance our security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage PIV processing and conduct thorough site evaluations.
- Act as the primary PIV Registrar Activator for EOUST.
- Facilitate enrollment for personnel needing PIV cards within the US Access system.
- Activate and update PIV cards for all eligible personnel within USTP.
- Collaborate with departmental contacts and field staff; provide training and guidance on acquiring new or replacement PIV cards.
- Serve as a backup to the Personnel Security Specialist, possessing the knowledge to initiate credit, name, and fingerprint checks for employees, contractors, and trustees.
- Initiate investigations with OPM/FBI prior to employee's EOD date, ensuring compliance with submission requirements.
- Compile findings from physical security assessments or review third-party security evaluations to assess risk management and adherence to security standards.
- Assist offices in completing Annual Safety and Health inspections, identifying issues that require attention from the General Services Administration (GSA).
- Provide expert analytical and advisory services to interpret and implement physical security policies and procedures across USTP, which includes over 1200 federal staff and contractors nationwide.
- Must possess a Top Secret Clearance.
Support Hours: The contractor is expected to operate during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays or when the facility is closed due to emergencies or administrative reasons.
