Position Summary:
As the Facilities Maintenance Lead, you will oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure the optimal condition of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and mentor the maintenance team, providing training and support.
2. Ensure timely and thorough completion of work orders.
3. Schedule and oversee both in-house and contracted maintenance tasks.
4. Manage inventory and procurement of supplies and equipment for maintenance activities.
5. Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections.
6. Research and assess maintenance products and services, making recommendations as needed.
7. Assist the team in addressing service requests from residents.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical work, and carpentry.
- HVAC certification.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Availability for on-call and weekend duties.
