Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our team at the Cassique clubhouse, part of the Kiawah Island Club. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and a passion for creating memorable meals. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meats, vegetables, and sauces
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
