About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Virginia. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for growing and developing new business opportunities within our territory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience; prior experience in Restoration/Commercial Cleaning Products is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools and internet applications.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
