About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative and Financial Specialist to join our team at The Board of Regents of Gunston Hall Inc.

Responsibilities:
  1. Compile monthly receipts and prepare purchasing card statements for state employees.
  2. Manage vendor issues and maintain contracts to ensure periods of performance are not exceeded.
  3. Prepare all journal entries in QuickBooks and process invoices.
  4. Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance and administrative support positions.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $58,000 - $68,000 per year, based on qualifications.
