We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Resident RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical surgical unit.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing the needs of each individual and providing personalized attention.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
