We are seeking a skilled RN Resident to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Clinical Decision Unit, utilizing your nursing skills and knowledge to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License is required upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association is required upon hire.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
