We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment, providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical judgment to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying up-to-date on the latest clinical advancements and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License is required upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association is required upon hire.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
