Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Clinical Decision Unit. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and make a meaningful impact in our community.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License is required upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association is required upon hire.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
