Onboarding Coordinator

At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and engaging transition for new employees into our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions, preparing onboarding materials, and facilitating introductions.
- Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed, including background checks, drug screenings, and verification of employment documents.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to tailor onboarding plans to meet the needs of different roles and departments.
- Conduct orientation sessions, provide new employees with information about company policies, culture, and benefits, and address any initial questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and track new hire progress to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks.
- Assist new hires with setting up necessary accounts, accessing company systems, and navigating initial training programs.
- Collect feedback from new hires and continuously seek ways to improve the onboarding process based on their input.
- Provide support to HR and management with any issues or challenges related to the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or onboarding role, with a strong understanding of the onboarding process.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
