Onboarding Program Manager

LHH is partnering with a leading client in Nashville, TN to find a skilled Onboarding Coordinator who will play a key role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as expertise in Workday.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and completed accurately and on time.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, providing clear and timely communication regarding expectations, schedules, and relevant information.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Managers, and other relevant departments to coordinate resources and ensure all necessary arrangements are met.
  • Monitor pre-employment processes related to Foreign Official (FO/FO) questions, consent forms, background check, and drug screen, as well as preboarding tour completion.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Workday.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.


Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, 40 hours.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • 8:00am-5:00pm.
