Position Summary: Homewatch CareGivers of Williamsport is in search of an office assistant to support our operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a busy phone system.
  • Evaluating job applicants.
  • Contacting candidates to arrange interviews and orientations.
  • Conducting interviews and orientations.
  • Organizing and reviewing files in preparation for audits.

Employment Type: Part-time
