Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Johnstone Supply. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing new and existing customer sales in assigned geographical territories. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a thorough knowledge base of customers in the territory, including their revenue potential, creditworthiness, business focus, and operations.
* Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
* Collaborate with customers to define next steps and coach them through the buying process.
* Work with customers to plan and forecast sales, and participate in updating territory plans, forecasts, and setting territory sales goals.
* Provide regular feedback to management on customer sales, margins, share of wallet, buying behaviors, and Accounts Receivable.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma / GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum of 2 years of documented successful direct sales experience.
* Strong knowledge of HVACR wholesale distribution business and factors influencing profit and loss.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
