General Overview:
The Client Relations Manager is responsible for consistently delivering outstanding service to a designated portfolio of clients while representing the organization to ensure top-tier service delivery.

This role focuses on cultivating a trustworthy, competent, and confident relationship with clients to establish a long-term partnership through the successful delivery of services.

Moreover, the Client Relations Manager will foster strong connections with clients to stimulate new and repeat business opportunities.

This position guarantees an effective service experience and acts as a dedicated resource to ensure the execution of coordinated strategies for business clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel requirements of up to 80%.
- Comprehend company capabilities and services, effectively communicating all offerings to clients.
- Engage in the project design phase and oversee the successful onboarding of new business.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring compliance and addressing variances and budgetary concerns.
- Handle all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance regarding deliverables and revenue.
- Review all major deliverables (e.g., strategic plans, quarterly reviews, annual reviews, improvement recommendations) to ensure quality standards and contractual commitments are met.

- Ensure efficient resolution of issues, keeping the Program Manager informed of any arising problems.

- Manage the completion of change orders and invoices, ensuring timely payment collections.

- Collaborate with the Legal and Procurement Departments to draft and execute contracts.

- Work closely with the Program Manager, maintaining continuous awareness of project status to identify potential issues or opportunities.

- Verify that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are upheld, and projects remain profitable.

- Actively seek opportunities for growth and new business, involving the Program Manager, Vice President, or other support channels.

- Facilitate regular two-way communication between clients and the team to provide strong representation and set accurate expectations.

- Report to the Program Manager, providing consistent updates on all activities, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.

- Potentially manage full-time exempt direct reports, including responsibilities for hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition, rewards, staff productivity, and performance management, including disciplinary actions.

- Create and upload work instructions and SOPs into SharePoint.

- Responsible for project management tasks, including scoping, solutioning, analyzing, proposals, and initiation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred, with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven skills in creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent.
- Strong initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage stressful situations and meet deadlines effectively.
- Capable of planning and executing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly strong in PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of MS Project and SharePoint.
- Proficient in Excel (Microsoft Suite) and CRM systems.
