Job Overview

Aramark Uniform Services (AUS) is a leading provider of uniforms and related products, serving over 400,000 clients across various sectors. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Manage incoming calls with a focus on achieving resolution in a single interaction.
  • Handle discrepancies and customer complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Conduct audits of service programs to guarantee compliance and follow-up with customers.

Specific Duties:

  • Respond to customer calls, providing information on products, pricing, and account services.
  • Accurately document all interactions and notes related to customer issues.
  • Foster long-term relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement tailored resolution strategies based on individual customer needs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to manage customer situations effectively.
  • Utilize analytical skills to address concerns related to pricing, invoicing, and service delivery.
  • Monitor compliance with company service programs to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Report unresolved service issues to management promptly.
  • Identify and communicate trends in customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of customer service processes, including complaint resolution and inventory management.
  • Proactive approach with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in company software for customer management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to achieve resolution in a single customer interaction.
  • Experience with Oracle Tele-service and Cisco CTI is advantageous.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.

Education:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
