- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction
- Provide quotes, take orders, and offer post-order support
- Physically measure specifications on a wide variety of products
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- Excellent telephone skills
- Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Strong computer skills, particularly Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)
- SAP/ERP experience, preferred
- Knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics, preferred
