About the Role: As a Behavioral Support Professional at Thrive Behavioral Health, you will play a vital part in helping students with behavioral and emotional needs achieve their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with special education teachers in a dynamic environment that promotes learning and growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field and have experience working with behaviorally disordered/emotionally disturbed children and/or adolescents. You will be responsible for providing behavioral support, following established behavior management plans, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with special education teachers to monitor classroom behavior and develop academic goals.
  • Provide individualized behavioral support to students with complex needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in data-driven decision-making.
  • Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed.
