About the Role

This IT Support Specialist position is a critical role in our team at Thrive Behavioral Health, where you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to resolve a variety of computer hardware and software issues across the enterprise in support of the company's Electronic Health Record system (EHR).

The ideal candidate should have experience in a healthcare environment, preferably with exposure to VMware, Office 365, Active Directory, VOiP, and ROS. They should also be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to change, able to function with minimal supervision and oversight, and safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Monitor the Help Desk: Record, investigate, and resolve user inquiries with hardware, software, and connectivity throughout the organization
  • Deploy and service desktop technology, assess infrastructure logs, respond to outages, manage antivirus and Windows updates, and assess security concerns brought to the help desk by staff
  • Perform maintenance and installation of computer hardware
  • Maintain hardware and software inventories
  • Set up user accounts and resolve system access problems
  • Collaborate on company-wide projects and initiatives as needed
Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
