Behavior Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team at Momentum Behavioral Health.
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will work in various settings, providing one-on-one therapy to clients and implementing behavior intervention plans designed to promote positive behavior change.
Responsibilities- Deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients with developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Collect and record data on client progress, using it to inform future interventions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to learn and grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
