Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Assist new residents through the admission and orientation process, helping them adjust to program routines and activities.
  • Safety and Supervision: Ensure the safety, well-being, and adherence to program guidelines while fostering a therapeutic environment.
  • Collaboration: Act as a vital link between residents and clinical staff, reporting changes in client conditions and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Monitoring: Conduct urine screens, breathalyzers, and ensure accurate documentation of client whereabouts as per protocol.
  • Medication Management: Manage medication inventory, ensure accurate counts, and administer medications following agency procedures.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough and timely records using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  • Facility Maintenance: Support the upkeep of a clean and safe environment by ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility.
  • De-escalation and Emotional Support: Provide guidance and support to clients, utilizing professional judgment and seeking assistance when necessary.
