At Sage Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and balance front desk operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including handling room assignments and key cards.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling cash and credit transactions.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
