About the Role:
The Account Executive position is pivotal in establishing new business connections and providing essential support to our existing clients in the gaming industry. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional business development initiatives to generate new revenue streams.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various methods including online research, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with new clients through cold outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Create and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Present TransPerfect's gaming solutions in both individual and group settings, whether online or in person.
- Innovate and enhance current business development strategies within the gaming sector for your assigned region.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with prospective and existing clients.
- Educate clients on the comprehensive range of TransPerfect's gaming solutions and articulate a compelling value proposition.
- Develop a strategy for regional and national accounts to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Gain a thorough understanding of TransPerfect's AI-driven technology and consulting services to effectively communicate their benefits.
- Strengthen relationships with high-level clients to foster loyalty and growth.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 2-4 years of sales experience, ideally within the gaming industry.
- Prior experience in account management is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Interest or experience in strategic business development is preferred.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Demonstrated success in the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
