Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Account Executive, Media Sales, you'll be responsible for leading a book of business, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a book of business and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success while reaching short-term revenue targets.
  • Develop strategies that optimize market potential and drive revenue growth.
  • Understand customer needs, market challenges, and business requirements, and tailor advertising solutions to meet their objectives and prove out ROI.
  • Educate new advertisers on the transitioning digital landscape from a cookie-driven environment to outstanding 1st party data solutions that will enable their success in the future.
  • Utilize industry relationships and comprehensive interpersonal skills to be present in market, making the most of the time spent with industry colleagues and prospective accounts.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of full life-cycle digital media sales experience.
  • 4-7 years of experience in building a book of business, leading to strategic team targets, and developing associated agreements.
  • Experience in educating new advertisers on the benefits of transitioning from traditional media to digital marketing strategies.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Entertainment experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Business development experience in building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic targets, and developing associated agreements.
  • Advertising sales experience, including educating new advertisers on the benefits of T-Ads outstanding value proposition and building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Industry knowledge of the digital media landscape, including industry trends, privacy, the value of data, competitive landscape, programmatic ecosystem, and reporting solutions.
  • Relationship development experience, including developing relationships with new customers and achieving considerable year-over-year growth across existing customers.
  • Effective and concise communication skills, with the ability to develop needs analysis and eloquent solutions that take on problems.
