Role Summary:

As a Client Relations Specialist in the Commercial Lines sector, you will be instrumental in assisting our Commercial Lines Account Executive, catering to our esteemed clients in the small commercial insurance domain. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in collaborative settings and are committed to delivering exceptional customer support. We value honesty, initiative, teamwork, and a strong focus on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely, precise, and courteous customer service.
  • Possess knowledge of insurance products and their applications.
  • Address inquiries related to insurance, including policy modifications and billing questions.
  • Efficiently document and manage client records, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
  • Process various client-related documents such as renewals, proposals, certificates of insurance, and invoices.
  • Communicate with carrier underwriters as directed by the Account Executive.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of renewals, changes, and transactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and proprietary information.
  • Collaborate and support team members as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a CSR/Commercial Insurance role.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility, while also being able to work well with others.
  • Familiarity with Agency Management Systems (Applied, Hawksoft, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-focused.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new systems and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possession of a P&C insurance license.
