As a Client Relations Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, embodying the welcoming spirit of our organization.

This role presents significant opportunities for advancement within our team.

We are seeking an individual who is consistently cheerful, adept at juggling multiple tasks, and skilled in engaging with clients both via phone and face-to-face, all while maintaining a positive demeanor. It is essential that this person communicates with each client respectfully and takes pride in representing the Continental Collision brand. With a supportive and family-oriented team, you will find that building relationships is the most rewarding aspect of your role.

Our ideal candidate should possess a friendly and outgoing personality, along with strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all clients promptly and professionally upon their arrival.
  • Maintain a courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, directing any issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor.
  • Provide refreshments to clients as needed.
  • Keep the client waiting area tidy and organized, including the magazine and children's sections.
  • Assist in preparing Repair Orders (ROs) when necessary.
  • Ensure all ROs are accompanied by a signed authorization form.
  • Document Night Drop Offs accurately.
  • Monitor vehicle movement to prevent obstruction in the front office area.
  • Process client payments accurately and manage all administrative tasks related to service delivery.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using management and estimating systems.
  • Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and people-oriented attitude towards clients and colleagues alike.
  • Adhere to company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Dress in a professional manner as per company standards.
  • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and excel at multitasking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure all towed-in vehicles have an RO documented and that the tow bill is entered correctly.
  • Schedule estimates and repairs efficiently.
  • Scan necessary documents into the RO.
  • Communicate effectively with estimators regarding client concerns.
  • Maintain thorough documentation practices.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data entry and basic math skills.
  • Update management systems regularly.
  • Notify relevant parties of clients requiring rental services.
  • Ensure phones are answered promptly.
  • Collaborate with management on client service issues.
  • Hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of one year.
  • Be at least 18 years of age to qualify.
Work Schedule:
  • This is a full-time position.
  • Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Compensation:
  • Hourly rate of $22.
