Role Overview
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships, orchestrating service delivery, and ensuring a smooth client journey from initiation to completion.

You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand client needs, troubleshoot challenges, and facilitate the provision of services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and schedule client meetings, service deliveries, and project timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure the effective execution of services and projects, including preparing and managing project documentation.
  • Assess client satisfaction and collect feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement and improve the overall client experience.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, providing initial training and assistance as required.
  • Manage administrative duties related to client services, including maintaining client records, generating reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Address client issues and escalate concerns to relevant teams or management when necessary.

Qualifications for Success:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client issues.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
