Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our Asset Services team. As a critical member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our tenants and their scientific discoveries by providing white-glove services, supporting our facilities team, and collaborating with building staff and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the portfolio, ensuring smooth tenant relations and efficient operations.
  • Manage financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and rent collection.
  • Develop and mentor the property management team to drive talent development and growth.
  • Direct and manage facilities maintenance, tenant improvement, and capital projects.
  • Manage third-party vendors and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Engage with tenants, address concerns, and build relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or commensurate experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in property management, commercial real estate experience required.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with complex building and management systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly collaborative and experience managing and coaching direct reports.
